Anthony 'Smooth Tony'

Born and raised in Chicago, Anthony was rited 'Smooth Tony' because of the way he handled the spirits during his Rite of Passage. An adept Theurge, he was the Seer for the 'Four Winds Pack' that once held Kingston as their home, and was the representative that spoke to any new Garou that entered the city.

The Pack had specific instruction with regards to the city of Kingston, and Smooth Tony had openly worked against those goals, even against the orders of his Alpha, Bjorgolf Styrkrvyg.
